Individuals and/or families are billed privately for all services rendered but in some instances New Century does accept reimbursement from some Long Term Care Insurance Companies and from organizations New Century contracts with directly, such as VNAs, Hospices, and ASAPs.

New Century also contracts with other organizations such as the Natick VNA and BayPath Elder Services, Inc. to provide their clients with home care aid and other related services—some of which may be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and/or other insurers.
