How the Meal Service Works*:
- Initial consultation and planning -
Our Chef will meet with you, or a family member, to discuss your individual needs, food preferences, any restrictions or special dietary needs, and the number of meals you would like prepared.
- Menu options chosen -
You will be provided several meal options to choose from that have been designed to fit your preferences and financial needs.
- Cook date scheduled -
Our Chef shops for groceries in the morning and then arrives at your home to prepare your meals. Everything is prepared in your own kitchen, cooled properly, packaged and labeled with heating instructions, and stored in your refrigerator or freezer.
You arrive home to a wonderful smelling kitchen, as clean as you left it and with healthy meals at your fingertips to enjoy!

Healthy one-dish meals: Entrée only - A selection of your favorite dishes and comfort foods such as soups, stews, casseroles, braises, lasagna, chicken parmesan and many more.

*Pricing for services are based on an hourly rate and the number and type of meals prepared. As a rule the packages can include 3 or 4 meals (4 servings of each). Cost of groceries and any additional time and travel will be billed separately. Packages can be customized, please call for details.
